Safe Families
Temporary Foster Care Homes
The Process
In six months, Gratis Marketing reshaped Safe Families’ digital presence by building a scalable WordPress template now used across 25+ chapter websites nationwide. The project began with an in-depth audit of the organization’s brand challenges and online communication gaps. During this process, Caleb worked closely with Cheri Jimenez, Safe Families’ National Director of Communications and Marketing, leading a series of focused brand workshops aimed at clarifying the organization’s message, audience priorities, and identity.

Using those insights, Caleb developed a robust, multi-page marketing framework that redefined how Safe Families presents its mission online. With that strategy as the foundation, he then designed a polished, chapter-friendly website system that integrates refreshed messaging, streamlined navigation, and mission-driven storytelling.
Impact
Following the redesign, Safe Families has seen a tangible increase in mission-driven outcomes. The unified web system now powers chapters that provide over 1.2M worth of bed nights of safety for children across the U.S., while helping them collectively raise more than $10M in donations each year. The upgraded digital presence doesn’t just look stronger—it’s actively accelerating life-changing support for vulnerable families nationwide.
Reboundwear
Post-Surgery Adaptable Fashion
The Process

The project began with a thorough evaluation, where Caleb guided Reboundwear founder—Bimla Picot—through a series of strategic brand exercises. Together, they identified the company’s core pain points, refined its target audience, and sharpened its brand identity.
Caleb then crafted a comprehensive, multi-page marketing strategy that outlined Reboundwear’s refreshed brand story in detail. With this blueprint in hand, Aarush brought the vision to life, seamlessly infusing the new messaging into every corner of the site, from captivating pictures and bold color schemes to compelling taglines and widgets.

After the redesign, Reboundwear saw immediate results, earning 100+ reviews with an impressive 4.6/5 star average. The revamped website not only showcased the brand’s new identity, but also increased sales across the board.

Thess Bar
Nutrient-bars for the Unhoused
The Process
Caleb first conducted a comprehensive website audit, producing a detailed multi-page report outlining key weaknesses and recommendations to optimize the consumer funnel. Following multiple meetings and iterations, he designed an initial site model in Figma, which was approved by Thess Bar's president. Caleb then took the redesign in Figma & rebuilt the homepage from the ground up in Squarespace.

In parallel to the website redesign, Caleb spearheaded the company’s rebrand through a 70-page presentation filled with strategic content edits. These included crafting a new tagline, incorporating compelling statistics, and adding powerful testimonials straight from the heart of the Tenderloin—San Francisco’s unhoused capital.
Impact
In 2024, Gratis Marketing helped Thess Bar sell 500,000+ protein bars, securing key partnerships with The Salvation Army and Children's Hunger Fund. With the launch of the new website driving rapid consumer growth, Thess Bar achieved a remarkable 600% increase in sales.
Bridge For All
Free STEM & Forensic Education for K-12
The Process
Caleb began by conducting a deep audit of Bridge for All’s communication strategy, delivering a multi-page report that identified branding gaps and opportunities to increase clarity, urgency, and enrollment conversions. After multiple strategy meetings and iterations, he served as a website branding consultant, advising on messaging structure, visual consistency, and audience alignment to strengthen how the program presents itself online.

Alongside this brand guidance, Caleb led Bridge for All’s outreach overhaul by crafting targeted email campaigns for all seven classes offered across the program. These campaigns were sent to thousands of prospective and returning students, featuring refreshed messaging, clearer value propositions, and a more student-centered tone. Collectively, this work helped Bridge for All create a stronger voice and communicate its educational mission with greater impact and cohesion
